Mobilux™ EP 0, 1, 2, 3, 004 dan 023 adalah rangkaian produk performa tinggi terdiri atas empat pelumas industri umum dan dua grease semi-cair medan-khusus. Mobilux™ EP 0, 1, 2, 3, 004 and 023 products are a high performance family of four general-purpose industrial greases and two special-duty semi-fluid greases. These lithium hydroxystearate greases are formulated to provide extra protection against wear, rusting and water washout. They are available in NLGI grades ranging from 00 to 3, with base oil viscosities ISO VG 150 and 320.



Mobilux EP 0, 1, 2 and 3 greases are recommended for most types of industrial applications including heavy-duty applications where high unit pressures or shock loads are present. These greases provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common. Mobilux EP 0 and 1 are suitable for centralised systems. Mobilux EP 2 and 3 are general-purpose greases. The recommended operating temperature range is from -20ºC to 130ºC but they may be used at higher temperatures if the lubrication frequency is increased accordingly.



Mobilux EP 004 and Mobilux EP 023 are particularly suitable for the lubrication of enclosed gears and bearings in poorly sealed gear cases they can also be used in many other industrial applications where conventional gear oils cannot be retained in gear cases, chain cases, etc. because of leakage due to worn or missing seals. Mobiltherm heat transfer oils are high performance products intended for use in closed indirect heating installations. They are recommended for use in cold-oil sealed, indirect heating and cooling systems in all kinds of industrial processes.

Mobiltherm heat transfer oils are formulated from highly refined base stocks that are resistant to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation. They are very thermally stable and are capable of an extremely long service life without deposit formation or viscosity increase.

Mobiltherm heat transfer oils have good heat transfer efficiency and their viscosities are such that they can be pumped readily at both start-up and operating temperatures. They demonstrate specific heat and thermal conductivities that provide more rapid heat dissipation. The flash points of these oils will not decrease significantly in service because of their resistance to thermal cracking at the operating temperatures for which they are recommended.

MOBILUX EP 2
Mobilux EP 2 Moly is a premium quality multi-purpose, lithium-base NLGI No 2 grease recommended for general industrial applications. It contains an extreme-pressure additive for increased load-carrying ability. Additionally, it contains molybdenum disulfide (also known as moly and MoS 2), which enhances the anti-friction properties of the grease under boundary lubrication conditions. Mobilux EP 2 Moly is dark gray and has a smooth, buttery texture. It is water resistant, has excellent oxidation and mechanical stability, and protects against corrosion.

Features and Benefits
Molybdenum disulfide offers particular advantages under boundary lubrication conditions, especially where sliding or vibration action pushes the grease away from the contacting surfaces. It provides a measure of protection against fretting and is therefore recommended where this phenomenon is a problem, as in splined shafts, pivot pins, fifth wheels, and other parts subjected to oscillating or sliding motion. Also, where relubrication is infrequent, molybdenum disulfide provides extended lubrication protection.

Gemuk Bantalan Suhu Tinggi

Gemuk UNIREX™ N adalah produk kompleks litium berkualitas tinggi yang cocok untuk operasi suhu tinggi pada bantalan elemen gulir. Gemuk serbaguna ini dapat digunakan dalam beragam aplikasi industri dan direkomendasikan secara khusus untuk pelumasan motor elektrik.

Unirex N 2 adalah kelas NLGI No. 2 dan dipilih untuk aplikasi pengemasan dengan tangan atau dengan pistol gemuk. UNIREX N 3 adalah kelas NLGI No. 3 yang sering digunakan untuk aplikasi khusus, seperti bantalan motor elektrik yang disegel permanen, bantalan yang terpasang secara vertikal, dan aplikasi dengan kecepatan lebih tinggi. Gemuk UNIREX N tidak untuk digunakan dalam kondisi ekstrem di mana sifat anti-las diperlukan.
